Mercy Ministry is a branch of ECI which works with local churches to serve their communities through gospel-centered mercy ministry.
Vision: Mercy ministry works alongside ECI’s pastoral ministry by strengthening the pastors and leaders ECI is training. As they are equipped to rightly handle the Word of God, Mercy ministry helps these leaders and their congregations extend Christ’s love through practical acts of mercy and gospel-centered outreach in their communities.
Why is mercy ministry important to ECI?
Mercy ministry serves as a visible demonstration of the gospel by addressing physical needs within the community. It provides a tangible witness to Christ’s love, creates opportunities for gospel outreach, and brings new believers into the church for ongoing spiritual growth, fellowship, and discipleship.
