CURRICULUM
Equipping the Church International has developed the Theological Training Program (TTP) with a curriculum that is designed for pastors and church leaders with little or no theological education that will be accessible, affordable and reproducible.
Below is the schedule of the Theological Training Program and the courses offered. The program lasts 2 or 3 years, depending on the program selected, with modules every three months (quarterly). Each module lasts three days, 6-8 hours per day.
ACCESSIBLE
The TTP brings quality theological education to the pastors and church leaders so that they don’t have to move or change jobs to get it. The courses are done in a modular format of 2-3 days, 4 times per year. In this way, a pastor can have access to solid theological training with minimum interference with work or ministry.
AFFORDABLE
Recognizing the fact that most pastors/church leaders in Latin America are very limited in financial resources, the TTP is designed to provide theological education with very little cost to the students by raising the funds necessary for travel and most of the costs of materials.
REPRODUCIBLE
One of the goals of the TTP is to equip church leaders so that they will be able to teach others the same material. Those who complete the TTP will have access to the curriculum so that they can either 1) use it to teach leaders in their local churches or 2) partner with others who have completed the program to start a training ministry to equip the churches in their region.
